Terms And Conditions

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

Welcome to Weirdly Famous, LLC (“Weirdly Famous,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, contacting us, placing orders, requesting custom work, and purchasing products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About Weirdly Famous

Weirdly Famous creates mini versions of the places people love, including custom miniature signs, landmarks, local icons, souvenirs, and fundraising products.

Our products may be sold directly to customers, through wholesale orders, through local organizations, or as part of fundraising programs.

Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our products, contact us, submit inquiries, sign up for emails, request custom work, and place orders if online ordering is available.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the website’s operation, or to attempt to access systems or information that do not belong to you.

Product Information

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including size, materials, colors, pricing, and customization options. Because many of our items are handmade, 3D printed, laser cut, painted, assembled, or otherwise produced in small batches, slight variations may occur.

Colors may appear differently on screens than they do in real life. Tiny things, it turns out, still contain multitudes.

We may update product details, pricing, availability, and descriptions at any time.

Custom Projects

Custom projects may include miniature versions of signs, buildings, landmarks, roadside attractions, local icons, or other place-based designs.

The custom project process may include:

  1. An inquiry from you

  2. A project review by us

  3. A quote or estimate

  4. A file mockup for your review

  5. Your approval of the mockup

  6. A printed or produced prototype, if applicable

  7. Final approval

  8. Production of the agreed quantity

Unless otherwise stated, custom design work may require a setup fee. The setup fee includes one round of changes to the mockup. Additional changes may require additional fees.

Once you approve a mockup, prototype, or final design, you are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, colors, details, and design accuracy. We are not responsible for errors that were included in an approved design.

Customer-Provided Materials

If you submit photos, logos, artwork, designs, names, references, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share and use those materials for the project.

You are responsible for making sure your submitted materials do not violate someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

We may decline projects that appear to involve protected logos, mascots, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, private property concerns, offensive content, or anything we determine is not a good fit for Weirdly Famous.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photos, product images, designs, graphics, logos, and branding, belongs to Weirdly Famous or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or use our website content without our written permission.

For custom projects, unless we agree otherwise in writing, Weirdly Famous retains ownership of the design files, production files, mockups, 3D models, print files, templates, processes, and other materials we create.

Purchasing a custom product does not transfer ownership of our design files or production files to you.

Use of Completed Projects in Our Portfolio

We may ask for permission to share completed custom projects in our portfolio, gallery, marketing materials, social media, trade show displays, or other promotional materials.

If your project involves sensitive information, confidential work, or an unannounced launch, please notify us in writing before production begins.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Weirdly Famous. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, production capacity, pricing errors, payment issues, project concerns, or suspected misuse.

For wholesale, custom, or fundraising orders, minimum quantities may apply.

Order timelines are estimates unless we agree to a specific deadline in writing. We do our best to meet estimated timelines, but production can be affected by design complexity, approval delays, material availability, equipment issues, shipping delays, and other tiny gremlins of reality.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed or quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of order. We may require full payment, a deposit, or payment before production begins.

For custom orders, setup fees, deposits, or design fees may be non-refundable once work has started.

If an invoice is not paid on time, we may pause design work, production, shipping, or future orders until payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, timelines, and methods may vary by order.

Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, delivery timing is generally outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages, weather-related delays, or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can review the issue.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because many Weirdly Famous products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in small batches, custom orders are generally not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error caused by us.

Non-custom products may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within [insert number] days of delivery. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel an order after design work, production, or shipping has begun.

Wholesale and Fundraising Orders

Wholesale and fundraising orders may have separate terms, including minimum order quantities, pricing, payment schedules, resale pricing recommendations, delivery timelines, and approval steps.

Any suggested retail price or fundraising example provided by Weirdly Famous is for planning purposes only. Retailers and organizations are responsible for setting their own final sales prices, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Promotions and Discounts

We may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, or special pricing from time to time. Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time and may not apply to previous purchases, custom orders, wholesale orders, or fundraising orders unless specifically stated.

Email Communications

If you sign up for our email list, submit an inquiry, or place an order, we may send you emails related to your request, order, account, or project. If you opt in to marketing emails, we may also send occasional updates, stories, resources, and product announcements.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Your actual results may depend on pricing, promotion, audience, location, timing, demand, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Weirdly Famous is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, services, or custom work.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, products, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide quality products and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
